Tony Smith started Kase-Qtr Productions upon his arrival in Los Angeles in April 2010. He has been in the entertainment industry since 1997. His prior experience includes publishing Minorities & Women In Business Magazine. In 2017 Tony Smith served as tour manager for the Capital Jazz Super Cruise.

Jacki Goodson Smith brings a wealth of experience in communications and event management. Jacki spent years in the Operations Division at The Walt Disney Company, was a Sr. Business Analyst at Warner Bros Studios. She was also the driving force in the success of the Annual Starlight Serenade Benefit Concert for 18 years.
