The Voice of Velvet Groove.
She’s taken her talents across the United States and internationally, sharing and showcasing her vocal style and subtle confidence and her combination of seriousness and playfulness during shows. Her last EP Sincerely Yours, also produced by Big Dog, dropped in July 2016 and had singles charting globally. The project made the initial ballot for the 59th Annual Grammy Awards and two of the five songs were Billboard contenders. Sharon puts on a fabulous performance as a headliner and an opener. She has opened for many national acts, including Bob James, Joe Sample and the Jazz Crusaders, Patti LaBelle, Four80East, and many others. Gail Jhonson

First Lady Of Smooth Jazz.
Gail Denise Jhonson has spent her career earning the title “The First Lady of Smooth Jazz.” A gifted spiritual soul artist, modern feminist, visionary bandleader, and rhythm-driven musician with roots in Philadelphia, Gail blends jazz, R&B, funk, and gospel into her signature sound.
Her extensive career as a recording and touring artist has included performances alongside renowned musicians such as Norman Brown, Mindi Abair, Bobby Womack, Ray Parker Jr., Pink, Milli Vanilli, Morris Day, Jermaine Jackson, Jonathan Butler and Rain Pryor. Her work spans television appearances, YouTube performances, gospel concerts, composing for musical theater, and major jazz festivals.

Gail is also the founder and leader of the all-female ensemble “Jazz in P!nk,” a platform she has used for more than 18 years to showcase acclaimed performers such as Karen Briggs, Althea Rene, and Mariea Antoinette, while supporting countless emerging female artists. In Los Angeles, she also leads her own group, “3 Piece Suit.”
Recently earning a doctorate in educational leadership, Dr. Gail has authored instructional method books published by Hal Leonard. She is also a radio host for Solar Radio/London, magazine contributor/MusicWoman, Music/Man magazines, and recording artist signed with Shanachie Entertainment in 2019. Now based in North Carolina, Gail continues pursuing new creative goals, including composing music for film and television, mentoring rising female talent, recording new music, and sharing her artistry through live performances.

Tony Exum Jr. is a dynamic saxophonist redefining contemporary jazz with a signature blend of R&B, funk, and soul-driven sound he calls "Rhythm N Smooth." Known for his smooth tone, electrifying stage presence, and undeniable musicality, Tony has carved out a distinctive lane in today's jazz landscape — captivating audiences across the globe.

Educated at the University of Denver's Lamont School of Music, Tony began his professional career as a freshman, quickly rising through the ranks of the local R&B, Top 40, and corporate band scene. He launched his solo career in 2010 and began touring nationally in 2011, laying the foundation for a standout career in contemporary jazz.

His breakout moment came in 2019 with "My Name's Tony," spending 12 weeks on the Smooth Jazz Network Top 100 chart and earned him international recognition.
